Our “Agriturismo e Cantina con Cucina” is the realization of a dream: letting our kids growing up and living a “natural” life, close to traditions, simplicity and nature’s cyclic rhythms.
Chasing this dream, in 2008 we left Milan to get into the green heart of this beautiful region: le Marche. We fell in love with its rounded hills, its inhabitants and their elderly faces, its rural culture and above all, we fell in love with Him, the Lacrima di Morro d’Alba! So we move here, in San Marcello in the hinterland of Senigallia.
Ten years have passed and the dream is still alive: our daily commitment is to communicate and narrate to our guests the passion that moves us; our aim is to respect the nature, it’s seasonal times and +its precious peculiarities by choosing a non-invasive environmental impact, providing a simple and rural hospitality with traditional food in our Osteria, cultivating autochthonous vines without any forcing, but with devotion and love.
This is Tenuta San Marcello, our personal expression of Italian “Agriturismo”, vanguard of the terroir.

From this magical encounter comes the Tenuta San Marcello, placed perfectly between the beautiful hills of the Marche a short distance from the velvet sand of Senigallia, the ideal setting to spend intense moments of idleness.
Born from the renovation of the old house of Contrada Melano, Tenuta is a harmonious blend of local tradition, simplicity and refinement with all amenities. The estate has 8 double rooms and 4 studios. Casale hosts inside the tasting room, the wine cellar, the conversation room with the fireplace. Attention to detail, comfortable furnishings, different for every environment, from colors inspired by the shades of the hills and the sea, transmits to the places the enveloping feeling of being at home.
Since its inception the farm aims at a sustainable development of rural resources in harmony with the landscape and the enhancement of local excellence.
The materials in green building over its recycled materials used for the complete renovation of the house, the geothermal and photovoltaic systems on the roof, the rainwater recovery system, swimming pool with salt water without the use of chlorine and heat recovery fermentation of musts for hot water production, are some of the choices directed toward a total environmental impact reduction.
The same philosophy guides the Cantina activities and Catering employing only raw materials from collaborations with small agricultural producers in the area. The focus on hospitality sustainable, even in the management of the rooms and apartments, has received countless awards both by the guests that several certification bodies as well as the coin prize awarded by Slow Wine 2017.
